Dr. Olya Morgen, D.C.
Dr. Morgen is a provider and owner of Full Motion Life and Sport located in Arlington, Virginia. She has completed a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University and then went on to New York Chiropractic College where she graduated in 2005 as a salutatorian. As an Active Release Techniques provider, she is full body certified in ART.
Finally, as of 2013 Dr. Morgen is certified to practice Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, greatly increasing the available options and versatility of her treatments. Overall, She has been practicing in Virginia since 2006.
Dr. Morgen grew up a musician, hiker and martial artist, specializing in Karate, Kung Fu and Krav Maga. Her practice ranges from office workers to avid athletes and she has found that ART has been extremely beneficial in all cases and all walks of life.
She has been part of the team of ART doctors at several marathons providing on-site care for the athletes. When she is not at races working on runners, she is there as an avid participant. She has completed several half marathons as well as her first full 26.2 miles at the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach, VA.
Dr. Douglas Gold, D.C.
Dr. Gold is a board certified Chiropractic Physician in the state of Virginia. He pursued his passion of the human body at New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2006. He began using Active Release Technique (ART) as a student in 2004 and is full body ART certified. He pursued ART after personally being successfully treated for chronic shin splints. He has never had shin splints since ART was performed in conjunction with Chiropractic.
Dr. Gold grew up an active athlete participating in many sports including: soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, track, triathlon,and golf. Currently he spends his extra free time golfing, hiking with his dog, practicing yoga and training for triathlons.
His passion for golf has led him to become further certified as a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional Level II and a Golf Fitness Instructor. This combination allows Dr. Gold to evaluate a golfer from both a medical and biomechanical perspective. He has had experience with PGA tour players while working in South Florida upon graduation.
Dr. Lonni Ernst, D.C.
Dr. Ernst is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in the state of Virginia. She received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University. Following her undergraduate career, she attended New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Growing up as an athlete, Dr. Ernst understands the importance of maintaining a healthy musculoskeletal system. She is an avid football fan and has spent the majority of her life playing soccer. As a chiropractic student, Dr. Ernst studied an array of myofascial techniques. In addition, she is spine certified in Active Release Technique. She is a firm believer that ART can be beneficial for a wide array of patients, from elite athletes to desk-ridden office workers.
As a Pennsylvania native, she is new to Northern Virginia and is enjoying all that the area has to offer. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, traveling, and attending Penn State football games.
Rachel DiLeo Boss, Licensed Massage Therapist
Previously providing massage treatments to patients rehabbing from injuries in a physical therapy facility, Rachel is an experienced massage therapist. She practices Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Swedish Massage and is also a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. In addition, she has studied Reflexology, Trigger Point Release and Active Release Techniques (ART).
Rachel will purposefully create a custom massage for you, tailored to suit your specific needs. Utilizing her spa and clinical background alike, she has had experience providing massage for the principal dancers of the Moscow Ballet, injured members of the armed forces in between deployment, and chair massage for the employees at CNN.
A firm believer in the inseparable connection between the body and mind, Rachel is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress and she strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. Outside of massage, Rachel has an extensive background in dance and currently teaches for a non-profit called CityDance and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor. In her free time Rachel likes to spend time with her family, cook, read or soak in the sunshine on a beach or green pasture.
