Dr. Olya Morgen, D.C.

Dr. Olya Morgen

Dr. Morgen is a provider and owner of Full Motion Life and Sport located in Arlington, Virginia. She has completed a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University and then went on to New York Chiropractic College where she graduated in 2005 as a salutatorian. As an Active Release Techniques provider, she is full body and Masters certified in ART.

Finally, as of 2013 Dr. Morgen is certified to practice Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, greatly increasing the available options and versatility of her treatments. Overall, She has been practicing in Virginia since 2006.

Dr. Morgen grew up a musician, hiker and martial artist, specializing in Karate, Kung Fu and Krav Maga. Her practice ranges from office workers to avid athletes and she has found that ART has been extremely beneficial in all cases and all walks of life.

She has been part of the team of ART doctors at several marathons providing on-site care for the athletes. When she is not at races working on runners, she is there as an avid participant. She has completed several half marathons as well as her first full 26.2 miles at the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach, VA.

Dr. Andrea Sardis, D.C., C.C.S.P., C.K.T.P.

Andrea Sardis

Dr. Andrea Sardis is a second generation Chiropractor and graduated in December 2006 Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Sardis interned at the Veterans Administration Hospital at Jefferson Barracks in Missouri where she gained valuable experience dealing with chronic pain conditions. Since then Dr. Sardis has been in practice over 9 years working with Chiropractic Orthopedists as well as a Chiropractic Neurologist.

Dr. Sardis is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® as well as a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner®. She is currently Full Body Certified in Active Release Technique. Additionally, Dr. Sardis is certified in Graston Technique which is an innovative, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables her to effectively break down scar tissue and restrictions caused by fascia to reduce inflammation. She has found that these techniques enable her to most effectively treat all of her patients from professional athletes to pregnant women.

Dr. Sardis has additional professional interests in treating mothers during pregnancy. She is currently certified in Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Webster technique is a specific Chiropractic analysis and adjustment to improve the neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis during pregnancy.

Dr. Sardis enjoys spending her extra time with her husband and son. Her hobbies include reading, weight training, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

Dr. Taylor A. Taylor, D.C.

Taylor A Taylor

Dr. Taylor is a licensed Chiropractor who graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2011 and New York Chiropractic College in 2015, where she was named to the Dean's List. At JMU, Taylor worked at the University Recreation Center as an Operations Supervisor and helped train the University's athletic teams. She has always had a passion for sports chiropractic. As a high school runner, she suffered an injury that forced her to train in the pool for over 2 months. After visiting multiple physicians and seeing little progress, she found a great sports chiropractor that, through soft-tissue work, was able to help her return to competition within days. This experience inspired her to make a career in helping individuals achieve their physical goals quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Taylor is full body certified in Active Release Technique and believes that this soft tissue method is vital to successfully treating a number of musculoskeletal complaints.

Dr. Taylor completed her education at Walter Reed National Medical Military Center, where she had the privilege of treating many active duty men and women. She had the opportunity to work with a variety of musculoskeletal complaints in a comprehensive medical setting. Dr. Taylor is interested in working with other health care professionals in order to provide the best care for her patients.
